New to the FoxFire Wine List: Caymus Napa Cabernet Sauvignon

We’re showcasing new wines from our expanded wine list, and first up is a Napa Valley classic: Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon**.

Bold, generous, and polished, Caymus brings rich dark berry fruit, cocoa, vanilla, and plush tannins with a smooth, lingering finish. It is a standout bottle for steak lovers and pairs beautifully with our CAB ribeye, New York strip, filet mignon, and classic steakhouse sides.

Our updated wine list now features more by-the-glass selections, more bottle options, and more wines chosen specifically for the way we cook at FoxFire.

This Monday, we’re launching with a special Happy Hour feature:
