Smoked Prime Rib Saturday, $56. 🔥
Our 10 oz. hickory-smoked Certified Angus Beef® prime rib is served with au jus, horseradish cream, garlic whipped potatoes, Southern-style Brussels sprouts, and your choice of soup or salad. Smoked low and slow, just the way it should be.
Then stay for The Heligoats, live 7–10 PM, featuring Chris Otepka (Troubled Hubble) and Steven Wilson (Izzy & Friends). The music is free. Grab a martini and settle into the Terrace. On music nights, tables are reserved for two hours so more guests can enjoy the show.

Fire, and a lot of it.

The Pittsburgh Ribeye is our signature 14 oz Certified Angus Beef® Prime ribeye. It's seared to a dark, caramelized crust and kept perfectly rare and succulent inside, then finished with Truffle Mushroom butter and served with garlic whipped potatoes. $79, on my Fall menu.

Make it a Thursday night out. And if you're planning ahead, Michael Satarino plays tomorrow night, 7–10 PM.

Some dishes are just personal. The Bordone is named after my mother, a nod to our Italian heritage.

It's a Certified Angus Beef® Prime New York strip finished with caramelized roasted garlic confit, fresh basil and a white w**e pan sauce, served with white cheddar mac. $74, on my Fall menu.

If you come in this week, I'd love for this to be the one you try first.
