Ruth's Chris Steak House in Fort Wayne will be opening in the spring of 2018 as the first floor anchor tenant for the Skyline Tower. It will feature indoor and outdoor dining, private event space, a state-of-the-art kitchen and parking garage. Ruth's Chris Steak House was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana by Ruth Fertel, a single mother of two who wanted a better life for herself and her two sons.

She purchased "Chris" steakhouse in New Orleans which had been operating for 38 years prior. She changed the name to "Ruth's" Chris when a fire forced her to move from the original location. Today, there are over 150 Ruth’s Chris Steak House locations across the globe, with Fort Wayne coming soon!
