Copper Spoon is a New American restaurant focusing on seasonal, contemporary fare that highlights our Northeast Indiana producers. We work local farmers and artisans to source proteins, produce, and baked goods to provide you with the highest quality ingredients. Our cocktail program has been nominated for a Tales of the Cocktail award for best bar/restaurant cocktail menu. We have one of the larg

est selections of whiskey, bourbon, rye, and scotch in Indiana. Our cocktail menu features over one hundred classic cocktails, seasonal house cocktails created by our bar team and an extensive list of spirits, wines and beers. We are passionate about hospitality and our craft. We put a lot of care in absolutely everything we do! Be prepared to sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience. We are located at the Harrison Building downtown Fort Wayne. Our back yard is Parkview Field, which gives us the best patio seating around.

Reservation Policy Update:

Running a small locally owned business has meant a lot of things to us over the years.

It means we get to work closely with our Indiana farmers. That we get to really connect with our community. And that a lot of the money spent with us gets to stay supporting our local economy.

With the ever rising costs of doing business, it now also means that every visit and reservation makes a difference for us. Every guest we welcome through our doors helps us keep doing what we love here in Fort Wayne.

For this reason and because of a significant increase in parties not showing up for their reservations, we’re implementing a new reservation policy on weekends. Any reservations made on our busiest days of Friday & Saturday will require a credit card be put on file. If the reservation is kept or canceled with more than 24 hours notice, it is never charged.

If a reservation is not canceled within that time frame and the party does not show up for their table, they will be charged a $20 per person fee. This charge ensures that as a business we don’t have to lose the full cost of holding a table & that reservations remain open for people who are sure they intend to spend their time with us.

Agave month is here! 🙌 This month we’ve got some really special additions to our agave offerings: 5 Sentidos Mezcal! is a representation of small scale mezcaleros producing high quality, complex agave spirits. Both of these selections are absolute bangers. No overly smoked industrial mezcal here, only beautifully delicious agave spirit crafted with the utmost care. 

Espadin Capon - Bursting with overripe fruit, herbs, and green apple this 214-liter batch of Espadin Capon from Alberto Martinez is a perfect introduction to the world of agave distillates. 

Arroqueno - Chocolate, plantains, beautiful minerality..what’s not to like? This 115-liter batch of Arroqueno from “Tio” Pedro Pascual Hernandez and Eduardo “Lalo” Barriga is insanely complex and took more than 2 decades to produce.

For those of you unfamiliar, what the Master Sommelier and Master of Wine courses are to wine, the BAR 5-Day Program is to spirits and craft cocktails. BAR 5 brings the deepest and most current level of understanding to the evolving worlds of spirits and hospitality.

Ryan has been with us almost 3 years & he plays an integral roll in our bar team, education program, & spirits selection. His passion for hospitality & spirits have become an invaluable piece of the way we run our bar program here at Copper Spoon.

Next time you see him, give Ryan a well deserved congratulations on his most recent accomplishment! We can’t wait to see what’s next for him!
