Okayyy it’s been a minute since we’ve shared a First Sammy of the Day 👀🥪 but this one was too good not to post!

Oil browned Turkey + bacon, French onion cheddar cheese, spicy mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cucumbers, hot giardiniera + muffaletta mix… all piled onto toasted sourdough. 🤤

A little messy. A LOT delicious.

Two years later, and our doors are still open.
Stocking shelves. Baking bread. Sharing food. Seeing familiar faces. Taking care of our neighbors.

In the days after Helene, we saw just how much this community shows up for one another. And two years later, that hasn’t changed.

To every neighbor and customer who has walked through our doors, supported local, and helped keep this little store going—thank you.

It’s a little cool outside today, and we were craving something warm, melty, crispy & comforting… so naturally, we made a Cuba-Monga. 😍

Our take on the classic Cuban: bbq pulled pork, off the bone ham, aged Swiss cheese, apple butter bbq sauce, crunchy pickles & yellow mustard piled onto our house-made toasted sourdough bread = golden, melty perfection. 🤤

Basically, a warm hug in sandwich form. ❤️
