To all my loyal patron's I have sold my foodtruck and am Chefing at the Red Rocker Inn in Black Mountain. The Covid situation just collapased my business between long lines at my regular set-up location at my brewery and trying to find reliable help. The petulance and demanding attitude of some of my customer's post Covid-19 also soured my attitude going forward. Do NOT worry because I am in a good space these days!

Helper needed on Fri, Sat, Sun to assist owner on foodtruck. You would take orders, process payment and help with simple cold finishing. Hours would be Fri from 4pm-9pm, Sat and Sun from 1pm-8pm. Possible to help on Wed's and Thurs's as well. Reliable people should only response!

We set up today, sun, 4/24, from 1pm-8pm at whistle hop brewing company. We feature a vegetarian lasagna, bbq pulled pork sandwich and seared ahi tuna over an Asian rice thread noodle salad. Our salad is greek, our soup is tomato veggie & bean and our nibbler is jumbo soft pretzel with beer cheese.

We set up on this cold and wet night, Fri, 3/19 from 4pm-9pm at Whistle Hop Brewing Company. We feature some classic hot comfort dishes to warm you up. For those who missed their Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner on Wednesday, we have exactly that available along with potato and horseradish cream sauce. Also featured is a classic New Orleans Gumbo with chicken, shrimp and andouille with basmati rice. We also have a Vegan Chili with fresh veggies, tomato, beans and crumbled tempeh. Our Soup is Irish Potato & Cabbage, our Salad is Greek and our Nibbler is Beer Battered Onion rings with beer cheese.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We set up tonight, Wed, 3/17, from 4pm-8:30pm at Whistle Hop Brewing Company. We feature Classic Corned Beef and Cabbage with red potato and horseradish cream. We also feature a Corned Beef Reuben. Also featured a Grilled Seafood Kebob with salmon, shrimp, scallop served over bulgur. Our Soup is "Luck of the Irish Cabbage & Potato Soup with corned beef, our Nibbler is Jumbo soft pretzel and our Salad is Greek!

We set up tonight, Wed, 3/10, from 4pm-8pm at Whistle Hop Brewing Company. We travel to Morocco tonight and feature a Moroccan Sampler with saffron and lamb stuffed cabbage rolls simmered in a fragrant tomato broth with Chicken Tagine served over Cous-Cous, a hot Italian Meatball sub with tomato sauce and provolone and a Moroccan Veggie Tagine with Cous Cous. Our Nibbler is Jumbo Soft Pretzle, our Salad is Greek.
