A storied Evanston dining room enters a new chapter. ✨

The Graduate Homestead Room, located inside The Graduate by Hilton Evanston hotel, is proud to welcome veteran Chicago chef Bob Zrenner as our new Executive Chef and introduce new dinner and bar menus featuring prime steaks, seasonal Midwestern cooking, fresh seafood, elevated comfort food and relaxed bar fare.

Starting today, Chef Zrenner’s new dinner menu is available at 5pm daily; the expanded bar menu is available Fridays and Saturdays from 1 p.m. until close and Sundays from 4 p.m. until close.
