The kitchen is the heart of the Campbell house which is why we created an expedition kitchen so customers can see all of the love and hard work that goes into our dishes. firefly’s vision is a sustainable one; the frame of the building is recycled steel, all of the barn wood is reclaimed as is much of our furniture, the pond irrigates our gardens which greatly reduce our carbon footprint along wit

h all the trash that comes with packaging food, we compost, are constantly upgrading our energy efficiency and NEVER use chemical fertilizers or pesticides in our garden.

Flower Ginny is a small, family-run flower farm just down the road, where Anna and her family grow heirloom-style blooms right on their farm in Xenia.

What started as a lifelong love of flowers has turned into something really special, rooted in agriculture, family, and the kind of moments flowers are tied to.

Supporting farmers and makers in our community is at the heart of what we do, and getting to share her work with you on a day like this just makes it even more meaningful.

FARM DAY RECAP 😎

We’re just really proud of this team. A lot of hard work out on the farm and it’s starting to show everywhere you look… beds going in, greens coming up, berries getting started, and even the bees settling in.

And can you believe it was Ryan’s first farm day?! He absolutely crushed it.
