💚 This post is long overdue! 💚
Many of you see KayeAnn every day at Ginger Ale’s in Effingham. She somehow can make 5 drinks and prepare 3 orders of pretzel bites all at once! 😂 But there’s SO much more she does behind the scenes that most people never see (but I sure do!).
She handles all of our scheduling, interviews and hires new team members as needed, manages our weekly inventory to make sure we never run out of anything, sees problems coming before they happen, keeps our stores spick-and-span, and answers the 50 texts I send her every day. And let’s not forget, she dishes out more dry sarcasm than the rest of us can keep up with! 🤣
Being a store manager is about so much more than what happens behind the counter, and KayeAnn handles it all with a dedication that doesn’t go unnoticed. We are SO blessed to have her leading our team!
The next time you see KayeAnn, give her a little extra love and kindness. She works hard, does more than most people will ever realize, and absolutely deserves it! 💚
