How cool is this! With all the things Mike and his family are going through… They took the time to show just how special they are by gifting me this bad ass cheese machine from Italy! 🇮🇹

From when I first met Mike and he showed his passion for cooking, to when his beautiful wife came in and worked all day to clean up our herb garden, to the many great experiences just dining at Lucia’s. I wish you guys nothing but the best in Florida and I will be down there soon to cook along side you both once you get settled in!

This whole side gets seasoned then roasted on our rotisserie for 4 hours! Sliced thin then topped with aged provolone, sautéed spinach, on our house made brioche bun! 💪

Here is a small tidbit from our trip to CA on Rewiring Hospitality. Preston Lee is the best in the business 💪

This hits home for us at Lucia’s. Best chef, best food… we hear this a lot and we are constantly working to stay at the forefront on these. The second part.. Unreasonable Hospitality, this is what we are tirelessly working every single minute, every single day. We train every day. We hold each other accountable every day. Our guests feel seen, they feel as tho they are the only one in the restaurant. We value our guests time and money. They chose us, and we are extremely grateful.

Just smile, be present, appreciate they choose Lucia’s!
