📣 A Message from Taqueria Don Pedro
It’s with both gratitude and a touch of sadness that we share some important news about the future of our beloved Taqueria. Our cherished chef and founder, Edelia, has decided to slow down and embrace a new chapter: spending more precious time with her grandchild. As she says, "Childhood passes in the blink of an eye," and she’s making the beautiful choice to savor these moments.
We will begin a transition phase, and our space will welcome a new venture led by Village Wine. While this marks the end of an era, it’s also the beginning of something exciting for our community.
Chef Edelia may return part-time, sharing her love for cooking in new ways, but for now, she’s embracing this heartfelt decision. We thank you for your continued love and support over the years.
