COUNTRY CAPTAIN CHICKEN IS BACK!

This was a hit last summer. A mango chutney and curry chicken salad with Swiss and arugula on Breads new milk bun. See ya'll at 11:30.

Got a little froggy and decided that we needed some smash burgers today (along with the fried chicken) Crispy lacy edges, shop made white burger sauce, super thin jalapeños, American cheese, double patty on Martins potato bun. Maybe my second favorite sandwich behind the fried chicken.

We have 15 of each and our regular sandwich menu. See y'all at 11!

New thing for the rest of the summer! The next couple of weeks we'll have the World Cup on and serving Dwight's favorite Chicago dog with a Snake River Wagyu beef hot dogs --- he is from Chicago and it's always been a slight obsession.

Come hang out. Drink a red blend from Washington state or a white Muller-Thurgau from Germany for $8 or get $2 off draft beer.

Permanent grab and go summer salad. Heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and fresh lettuces from Adobe House, fresh mozzarella, basil, 22 year balsamic from our friends MaxVOO Olive Oils and their extra virgin olive oil. Then we do a butter garlic toast using our ciabatta from Bread.

TOMATO SANDWICH SEASON!!!!

It's my favorite part of the summer. Butter toasted white bread, loads of Dukes mayo, crispy iceberg lettuce and pink heirloom tomatoes from Adobe House Farm . It all becomes a drippy and glorious mess.

We have 6 for today.

New grab and go salad in the fridge. Basically a chopped Italian with romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Pepperoncini, marinated chickpeas, provolone, salami, shop made lemon and garlic vinaigrette. I also made a couple without salami. Come and grab some!

MARTHA! Poached chicken breast, tarragon, red grape halves, pecans, celery, provolone, shredduce, celery salt on Breads new milk bun. $14 and the bread was way bigger than I anticipated so it's a big girl sandwich.

Beauty and the Beef is the newest addition to the menu. It's hot y'all and we are running out of sandwich press space..... So a cold beef! But this one is a sleeper of goodness. House roasted Cross Creek Ranch Premium Meats wagyu roast beef, garlic and butter toasted ciabatta, smoked red bell pepper sauce, Tillamook cheddar, red onion, mayo, shredduce, celery salt. It's my new favorite.
