We are back from Italy and busy prepping away to get ready to re-open tomorrow! We will be back to our regular business hours 11:30am-9pm. We are also rolling out our seasonal fall menu which features lots of delicious fruits and veggies! Come by and say hi!

Medieval castles, cathedrals and alleys.
Underground tunnels to ancient worlds.
Olive trees, olive oil, antipasti and pasta.
Sunny weather and views that stop us in our tracks. Good conversations with w**e and lots of laughter.

This is how we spent our last couple of days in Umbria. Thanks to our new friends Max and Luca for hosting us at . We learned all about the process of making olive oil followed by a tasting and delicious lunch on their terrace.

More PRIMI R&D! We visited another spectacular w**ery in Umbria; Arnaldo Caprai Viticoltore and it did not disappoint! Seeing the Sagrantino grapes still hanging on the vines and learning about the production created such a meaningful connection to these delicious w**es. We also learned that a “light lunch” in Umbria consists of multiple courses of local salame, cheese, frittata, pasta, locally roasted veggies AND dessert (all paired with w**e of course!). We can’t wait to bring back these w**es for special events at Primi!

After a fantastic visit to the w**ery, we explored the nearby towns of Montefalco and Spello, wandering their quiet streets and soaking up the slow, peaceful pace of these beautiful villages that seem to have been frozen in time for hundreds of years.

This work trip is tough, but we are managing 😉

Ciao from Umbria, Italia! 🇮🇹
PRIMI is closed this week while we tour around the beautiful region of Umbria! We have been exploring the towns, castles and restaurants with our staff around Lago Trasimeno, the 4th largest lake in Italy on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. We enjoyed an amazing tasting and tour at one of our favorite W**e Club w**eries yesterday: Montemelino 🍷
We are on our way to Arnaldo Caprai Viticoltore today. More photos to come!
