Last week, we had the joy of partnering with Embarc Chicago to host an unforgettable day at Momotaro.

Students spent the morning rolling maki alongside our chefs, learning to break down whole fish and chicken, and connecting with leaders from and our Momotaro team. We wrapped it all up by sharing a meal — and lots of laughs — together.

Opportunities like these remind us how powerful hands-on learning and community connection can be. We’re proud to support ’s mission to make real-world experiences more accessible for students across our city 💛
