This past weekend, we packed up and headed out to Slagel Family Farm for a true farm-to-table dinner with Chef Kyle. Guests got to tour the farm and see butchering demos up close before sitting down to eat — nothing beats cooking with ingredients grown (and prepared) just steps from where you’re standing. Huge thanks to the Slagel family for hosting us, and to everyone who came out to eat, drink, and hang with us. We had the best time, let’s do it again soon 🥩💙
