Last of the season local asparagus, house charcuterie, chow-chow pickle, labneh

The darker one is beef bresaola cured with fried morel scraps and juniper. The other one is a coppa cured with honey and red kampot pepper. The chow chow pickle is a tangy green tomato relish with sweet onions and green beans.
