Australian Wagyu Tomahawks from our friends at Westholme . These beautiful MS9 (Marble Score 9) cuts are intensely marbled, which makes for incredibly tender, buttery beef. The cattle are raised in the wide-open rangelands of northern Australia; we had to bring out the best for our collab dinner with our favorite Aussie, Charly Pretet - Terra Firma Dining.
