Golden, crispy, and just the beginning of what we’ve got cooking. 🤤

A little taste of Pilar, with plenty more surprises on the way.

Stay hungry, Miami.

It’s more than the ingredients. It’s the memories, the traditions, and the feeling that comes with every bite.

We’re bringing a little nostalgia, a lot of soul, and something entirely our own to Miami.

Coming soon. ❤️

A little tradition. A little imagination. A whole lot of sabor.

At Pilar, the flavors you grew up loving meet a fresh perspective.

And this is only the beginning. 🍽️

For Ricardo Barreras, this one’s personal.

After bringing his love for Cuban cooking to Brooklyn, the journey is coming full circle.

New city. New chapter. Same passion for bringing people together through food.

Miami, we’re coming home. 🌴

10/20/2026

Consider this a little preview of what’s cooking. 👀

Familiar flavors, unexpected twists, and the kind of food you’ll be thinking about long after the last bite.

More to come, Miami.

10/20/2026

A little Brooklyn history. A whole lot of Cuban soul. 🌴

The next chapter of Pilar is taking shape in Miami, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming.

Stay close. We’re just getting started.
