This August, HUE Boston 🦚, in collaboration with Tyreek Moore, brings our signature energy to Martha’s Vineyard in the most unexpected way: a late-night speakeasy pop-up. Thursday through Sunday, we’re transforming an iconic Edgartown location into an intimate cocktail lounge after dark, serving a globally inspired menu curated by Chef JJ Johnson alongside craft cocktails mixed in true HUE fashion.

From the wheat fields of Punjab to the islands of the Caribbean, paratha traveled with people who carried their whole culture in a recipe 🌊🫓

What started in South Asian kitchens crossed oceans, took on new names (roti, buss-up-shut, dhalpuri), and fed generations of diaspora communities who refused to let go of home. This plate is that story.
