Led by James Beard-nominated executive pastry chef Claudia Martínez, Bar ANA is Atlanta's premiere late-night dessert and cocktail bar. We provide artfully-plated desserts, curated cocktails and a refined yet vibrant atmosphere located underneath El Ponce in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta. Reservations for the dining room are available and highly recommended. Bar seating is available for walk-ins on a first come, first served basis.

Did she do this interview 4 times? Maybe. But that’s not the point here. 😄

Sandía. Blueberry lime pie. High acid everything. Caviar is overrated and she will stand on that. Someone once asked her to turn the AC down for the whole establishment — in long sleeves. She did not. 😐😂

Her favorite part of the night? When the room is packed, the team is locked in, and everything she’s poured into them just flows naturally. That’s when you see what she’s really built here.

We wouldn’t be Bar ANA without her and we wouldn’t want to. The bar, literally and figuratively, would not be the same. 🤎

Tucker, GA raised. Sous Chef. And the creative mind behind the Chocolate Budino with Raspberry Sorbet🤤

Five siblings. Really into clowns. Likes bugs. Has a tiny dog that is apparently the true love of her life. We thought it was us 😩

Strong opinions about bananas: they’re gross, they’re out, end of discussion. Daiquiri in hand. Favorite part of the night is the setup before everything comes alive.

Working alongside Chef Claudia since the early days, Ella leaves her mark on every plate. We couldn’t imagine this space without her. 🤎

Atlanta born. Here since day one. And somehow we didn’t know we were hiring a Nike material designer, a museum-featured artist, and a model all in one. 😅

Blueberry lime pie & Sandía loyalist. Toxic trait? She will peer pressure you into changing your spirit order and she’s usually right. Hot take? If you don’t have 20% to tip, maybe stay home. 🤷‍♀️

Also — a guest once put their own sweetener in a mocktail she made them. We don’t have words. 😂
