A website was never something I didn’t want — I just cared more about mastering the craft before packaging it perfectly.

The restaurant industry has a quiet way of reshaping your relationship with time.

Birthdays become doubles. Weekends become workdays. Holidays become reservations on a screen.

There are so many people today creating beautiful experiences for others while missing moments with their own families behind the scenes. And I think hospitality workers deserve a little extra love for that.

To everyone working brunch shifts, closing kitchens, running food, bartending, hosting, and keeping the energy going today — I see you. 🤍

And to the guests being served today: kindness travels further than you think.

Growing up, I never really saw women around me prioritize fitness or wellness memberships. Staying active became something deeper for me — a form of healing, structure, confidence, and recovery.
