Barcino's most premier branch in Metro Manila - S Maison in Pasay City (), is transformed for Tradition Reimagined, a three-night tasting dinner with a menu curated by renowned Spanish Michelin Star Chef Paco Pérez.

The restaurant’s foyer is beautifully adorned with elegant floral arrangements by , enhancing the sophisticated ambiance. As guests take their seats, they are presented with a personalized event book, and an ant art piece capturing the story behind this extraordinary collaboration.

For the first time, Chef Pérez comes to the Philippines to serve a 12-course dinner inspired by La Mar d’Amunt exclusively to commemorate Barcino’s 20th Anniversary celebration.
