KOL Auckland has been recognised as a Michelin Selected restaurant in the inaugural New Zealand .

Led by Sapan and Ruchi Parikh, KOL continues to champion bold, fire-led cooking inspired by the traditional Indian chula, where premium New Zealand produce meets the depth and complexity of tandoor-inspired flavours.
