We are seeking to recruit the best of the best to join our dynamic Front of House team at Fifty Nine Republic, one of Valletta’s busiest and most highly awarded fine dining restaurants.

Available Positions - Waiter Full Time
Previous experience in a fine dining environment or high-end restaurant/hotel preferred / Strong understanding of service etiquette and guest care / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Passion for hospitality, food, and wine / Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset / Well-groomed, professional, and personable / Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure / Team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
Candidates must be based in Malta and hold a valid work permit.
