Classic dishes have been reinvented into contemporary works of art, introducing the combination of new ingredients with farm to table meats and poultry. Fresh fish brought in daily from the Marsaxlokk fishermen is prepared delicately to exult the taste of the sea, while marrying it with interesting sides that complement the plate.
