A new chapter at Silva.

Chef Charlie Dilworth joins as Head Chef, bringing a fresh perspective to our Mediterranean, seasonal approach.

Most recently Senior Sous Chef at Lita, he was previously Head Chef at Boys Hall (Ashford, Kent), and has also worked at The Good Shed (Canterbury), as well as at The Radnor Arms and Rocksalt (both in Folkstone, with Mark Sargeant).

From 28 April, a new menu begins. À la carte, a set lunch, and weekend brunch, alongside a few dishes you already know to come back for.
