To mark our first anniversary, we welcome you to the inauguration of The Lilibet’s Tunny Club.
21st - 27th September.

A new annual tradition, the week-long event will champion the resurgence and sustainable sourcing of British bluefin tuna - historically known as Tunny - with a menu of limited edition dishes that showcase each and every part of this majestic fish.

We trace each tuna—line-caught by day-boat fishermen off the UK coast—to its exact vessel, catch time, and coordinates, such as this 98kg fish from Brixham landed by the boat, First Priority.

Follow along to learn more about The Lilibet’s Tunny Club, the ethos of fin-to-tail, and sneak peeks of the dishes in store.

Weever fish rarely makes it onto menus.

Known more for its sting than its flavour, the flesh is firm, delicate and naturally sweet in a way similar to Dover sole.
