Summer dining is at its best at Shiuli. Our menu is packed with healthy, light and refreshing dishes, alongside your more indulgent favourites.

One dish not to miss is our Burrata Chaat – creamy burrata served with chickpeas, pomegranate and crisp sev for a delicious medley of flavours and textures. It’s the perfect way to start a summer meal. Alongside our vibrant seafood grills and much-loved Malabar Prawn & Mango Curry, there’s something to suit every summer appetite.

If you’ve visited Shiuli over the past few years, there’s a good chance you’ve been welcomed by Sam.

Before joining the team, Sam was a regular guest, visiting with his lovely family. Nearly three years ago, he decided he wanted to make his gap year count, joining us full-time with a real hunger to learn something new every day and constantly evolve. He even started learning Hindi!

Calm, kind and wise beyond his years, Sam’s happy, zen nature has made him a favourite with both our team and our guests.

Although he’s now at university, we’re always delighted when he returns to Shiuli during the holidays. There’s always a big smile waiting for him.

In India, mangoes are much more than a summer fruit. Often called the ‘King of Fruits’, they’re woven into the country’s food, culture and traditions, finding their way into everything from drinks and street food to curries and desserts.

With the heatwave upon us, it’s the perfect time to enjoy some of our favourite mango creations in the comfort of our air-conditioned restaurant.

🥭 Malabar Prawn & Mango Curry – succulent prawns in a fragrant coconut-based curry, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of ripe mango.

🥭 Mango Lassi – India’s iconic yoghurt-based drink, blended with ripe mango to create the ultimate refreshing summer cooler.

🥭 Salad Puchka – crisp puchkas filled with salad and served with our vibrant mango and passion fruit pani for a fresh, tangy twist on a beloved Indian street food.
