A Taste of the Southwest of France | 1–30 September

Get cosy with our take on one of France’s most iconic comfort dishes. Chef Pascal gives the classic Cassoulet a Gazette twist, made with Coco de Paimpol beans from Brittany.

🥘 Traditional - confit duck, Toulouse sausage & pork belly
🦐 Crustacean - scallops, mussels, cockles, calamari & prawns in a rich prawn bisque.
