A new month calls for bold new flavours... and we're answering with our fabulous new "Head to Tail" event!
This June, we're celebrating the art of traditional French cuisine with a menu designed for adventurous food lovers and curious gourmands alike. Rich flavours, classic techniques, and some of the most prized cuts in French gastronomy.
Featured specials:
• Rognons de Lapin
Grilled rabbit kidneys, raspberry vinegar butter sauce & parsnip purée. Delicate, rich, and beautifully balanced.
• Cervelle de Veau
Golden breaded veal brain with lemon cream and warm green asparagus. Crisp, creamy and surprisingly elegant.
• Tripes à la Bretonne
Slow-cooked veal tripe, Brittany-style, with cider-braised cabbage, vegetables and Ratte potatoes. Pure comfort food.
