Public Statement
We would like to make our customers aware that we believe our business is currently the target of a coordinated online campaign following a dispute with a customer whose wedding we catered on 25 July 2026.
Due to severe motorway congestion, we arrived approximately 35 minutes late. We accepted responsibility, apologised sincerely, provided a £90 discount, served approximately £200 worth of additional pizzas free of charge, and later offered a further £100 goodwill payment together with professional dry cleaning for a dress involved in the complaint. The customer instead requested £375, which we did not agree to pay.
Following this disagreement, we have received a number of negative reviews and allegations that we believe are connected to this dispute. We strongly reject any claims that we compromised food safety. We have been operating for over four years, have catered more than 950 events and have never received any complaint regarding our healthandsafet. All of our team holds Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness qualifications. Food safety has always been our highest priority. We have served all celiac guests safely. The slandering started only after we refused the customers unreasonable demand of £375.
We have retained screenshots and copies of our communications, and we have reported our concerns about the ongoing online harassment and bullying to the police. Anyone posting false or defamatory allegations may also be reported.
We kindly ask everyone to consider the full facts before sharing or relying on online allegations. We remain committed to providing safe, high-quality catering and thank our genuine customers for their continued support.
