Our Loch Duart Scottish Salmon is unveiled this Sunday at Bistro Aix!

Seared until golden and finished with a silky lemon chive beurre blanc, is served alongside roasted seasonal vegetables. A French–English fusion creation, crafted in anticipation of our September menu.
