Two cocktails crafted for the Scotland Served festival 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥃

🎀 Plum - Johnnie Walker Black Label meets maraschino liqueur, plum, bergamot and egg white. A delicate blush-pink cocktail, topped with a silky layer of foam for an elegant finish.

🍏 Apple - Singleton 12 Year, Pochle, apple maple syrup and Venus. A crisp, golden-yellow serve finished with fresh apple garnish.
