A rustic one! 🦐
Many of you have probably had a variation of this dish in Spain, it’s a simple classic. Carabineros (red prawn), a fried egg, egg, chilli lime butter & olive oil crisps (+ a bit of caviar why not) - all mixed together for a bite full of flavour and texture. Not the prettiest but oh SO delicious!

We’ve been looking to add this to the menu for a while, and it feels right for summer. Just add a glass of crisp white and get stuck in.
