meet marius 👋 that’s if you haven’t already…

some of you might recognise that big cheesy grin from pasture, nightshade or his previous time at parallel. 3.5 years in and he’s slowly ticking off every department. what can we say, a man of many talents. 😌

when it comes to eating at parallel, fried chicken in any form is always a yes. his guilty pleasure? piling it into a flatbread and making his own little fried chicken sandwich, add the cheese & leek croquettes and he’s very happy.

we’re super happy to have him back at parallel with us for the rest of the year 🧡 come say hi next time you’re in.

we’re open every day, weekdays 12–3pm & 5–9:30pm, then weekends all day, so there’s really no excuse not to pop in.

cocktails being shaken, bar snacks & picky bits flying out, good music on and probably someone ordering “just one more” before they leave.

grab a seat at the bar, bring your mates, order a few things for the table and stay a while. the booth is now bookable too for groups of 6–10, if you fancy making a proper night of it.😆

from 23rd november to 30th december, our festive set menu will be available for £69 per person.

there’ll of course be plenty of parallel favourites, the carrot, flatbreads and t-bone, alongside signature cocktails and loads of festive energy 👀 our only advice? get ready for the sprouts. they’re seriously gonna be a hit this christmas.

his go-to order? the beef fat flatbread of course, and the well-loved rhubarbella.

when we asked his favourite thing about parallel, he said the team and called it his second home! 🥹
