Today marks 6 months since we opened the doors of Pita Project.
A year ago, around this time, Pita Project was just an idea. Today, it’s our everyday life.
It hasn’t always been easy. There have been long days, unexpected challenges, moments of doubt, and countless hours of work. But every challenge has been worth it.
None of this would have been possible without the support of our family, friends, neighbors, fellow business owners, and everyone who believed in us before we even believed we could do it ourselves.
Pita Project may be a small café, but behind it is a small team with a big heart: my brother in the kitchen, me wearing more hats than I can count, and my life partner keeping the coffee flowing and supporting me every step of the way.
Seeing familiar faces return, watching you enjoy our handmade pies, recommending us to your friends, and making Pita Project part of your routine means more than you know.
Over these six months, I’ve realized something important. A place is never made special by its walls, furniture, or beautiful plates. Those are just the setting. What truly brings a place to life are the people who walk through the door, the conversations, the laughter, and the memories created around the table.
Good people, good food, and great coffee, that’s the recipe.
Thank you for making Pita Project feel like home and for allowing us to do what we love every single day.
