🎋 Inspired by nature and ritual, these bowls are made for slow moments, quiet mornings, and mindful matcha breaks.

Meet our newest scoop: Brown Butter and Kinako Crumble! 🧈🫘

Rich, caramelised butter meets the nutty warmth of Japanese roasted soybean Kinako. Delicate crumble pieces throughout add a gentle, satisfying crunch.

Alongside our ceramics, we are hosting a lineup of visiting artists whose creations bring their own magic to the shelves.

At the moment, you can find ’s adorable holiday cards and their 2026 calendar, along with ’s handmade clay charms and sticker packs. Perfect gifts, perfect treats for yourself. ☺️

We are also preparing something special for amatō shop, which we think will be a matcha made in heaven… 🍵 Coming soon!

Autumn days call for something extra special… meet our new favorite choux pastry.

🍌 Banana Dulce de Leche Choux
 A golden choux pastry topped with a crunchy craquelin shell, filled with layers of silky dulce de leche milk caramel cream, banana compote, soft banana cake, and a surprise of nutty toasted coconut praline for crunch. Warm, indulgent, and layered with delicious textures.

We are beyond excited to welcome Eunike Tanzil to amatō in collaboration with Deutsche Grammophon! ✨

On Tuesday, 23.09 at 17:00, Indonesian composer & pianist .tanzil from Los Angeles, will give an intimate live showcase at amatō to celebrate her debut album “First of Everything”.

This evening is dedicated to Eunike’s beautiful single “Pink Sakura”, which we’ll honor at amatō with a special pink menu: pink pastries, drinks, and a scoop of our exclusive ice cream flavour ”Pink Sakura” for everyone*!

🎵 About Eunike Tanzil .tanzil

Born in Sumatra in 1998, Eunike Tanzil moved to Boston to study at the Berklee College of Music. She later earned a full scholarship to The Juilliard School, where she studied under the guidance of Oscar-winning composer John Corigliano.

Known for her lyrical melodies and emotive harmonies, Eunike’s music spans classical, jazz, and world influences, crafting narratives that resonate deeply with audiences. Signed exclusively to Deutsche Grammophon , she has already worked with orchestras such as the Boston Symphony, San Francisco Symphony, Royal Philharmonic, and many more.

Through her creativity on social media, especially her iconic Hum Me A Melody series, Eunike is redefining what it means to be a composer in the 21st century.
