Meet Chef Jens 👨‍🍳

From Germany to some of Europe’s most renowned Michelin-starred kitchens, Jens has spent years refining his craft and developing a passion for thoughtful, seasonal cooking.

Now calling Prince George home, he brings his international experience to Riverhouse Restaurant by Northern Lights Estate W**ery, where he works with local producers and seasonal BC ingredients to create memorable dishes that pair beautifully with our w**es.

His philosophy is simple: respect the ingredients, minimize waste, support local producers, and create food that brings people together.
