Today we're introducing the smiling faces you're most likely to see when you walk through the doors of Daydream!
🌞 First up, meet Tessa!
Tessa is our morning superstar. She's punctual, organized, energetic, and always ready to help. Whether she's stocking donuts, serving customers, or helping keep the day running smoothly, she shows up with a smile and a positive attitude. If you've visited us bright and early, chances are Tessa helped start your day off right!
🌙 Next, meet Kaylee!
Kaylee is our afternoon and closing queen. While the rest of us are thinking about heading home, Kaylee is making sure everything is cleaned, organized, and wiped down. She keeps things running smoothly through the afternoon rush, and helps ensure Daydream is sparkling when the doors close. We appreciate her hard work!
📱 And finally... Teresa.
Yes, the one writing this post, which is admittedly a little awkward. 😂
Teresa can usually be found wherever she's needed most. Whether it's helping customers, restocking shelves, organizing supplies, solving problems, taking photos, posting on social media, or trying to keep a hundred moving pieces together at once, like a busy little bee, she's always looking for ways to help make the Daydream experience magical. If you've seen a post from us, chances are Teresa had something to do with it!
Together, these three help keep the front of Daydream running day after day, greeting customers, keeping things stocked, answering questions, and making sure everyone feels welcome.

Teresa is the Queen Bee, I call her that because she buzzes around like a little worker bee and never quits working. I would not survive without her strength , amazing smile and slightly shady sense of humor. She is so loved by all the crew and there is always a sigh of relief when we hear, Teresa's coming in. ✨🍩 MEET THE CREW: BEAR & JEFF 🍩✨
Behind every great donut shop is a team of magical humans, and today we're introducing two more members of the Daydream family!
💖 First up, Bear! (He's the one rocking the pink shirt!)
If you've ever wondered who dreams up some of the fun and fabulous icing flavours on our donuts, chances are Bear had something to do with it.
🍫Flavour magician?
🍫 Beautiful customs?
🍫 Special orders that make people say "WOW"?
That's Bear's magic at work.
Part artist, part chocolatier, and part creative genius, Bear has a talent for turning sweet ideas into edible masterpieces. From custom creations to flavour inspiration, he helps make Daydream treats extra special.
🧡 And then there's Jeff...
If you've visited the shop, there's a good chance you've never actually seen Jeff out front—and that's exactly how he likes it! Jeff is pretty shy, which is why we don't have a photo of his face to share.
But make no mistake, Daydream would not run without him.
🥕 He's chopping mountains of vegetables for soup.
🧀 Grating endless amounts of cheese.
🍩 Helping ice donuts.
🥪 Keeping the kitchen moving.
And then there's the job nobody fights over...
🫧 THE DISHES.
We don't have an industrial dishwasher.
We have Jeff.
Every bowl, every tray, every pot, every utensil used to make thousands of donuts, soups, sandwiches, buns, and treats somehow finds its way to Jeff. While others occasionally jump in to help, Jeff handles about 95% of the dishes around here.
So next time you're enjoying a donut, a soup, a sandwich, or one of our custom creations, remember there are amazing people working behind the scenes to make the magic happen.
