articipants up with the relevant prerequisites to “ladder” into a entry level position in the hospitality industry, pursue further culinary training, or continue on with a more streamlined academic focus(grade twelve/hospitality management). Our Red Seal certified Chef along with his experienced kitchen team have a combined 50 years culinary experience to guide , direct & mentor the participants to reach & realise their full potential ,
