B***o Rosa's Summer Menu includes 63 Acres grilled hanger steak and chorizo with chimichurri and creamed corn.

🔪Hanger steak—often called "butcher's steak"—is a highly flavourful, tender cut of beef that hangs from the cow's diaphragm. Because there is only one of these steaks per animal, butchers historically kept this "hidden" gem for themselves rather than selling it to the public.

Did you know the word “tapa” in Spanish means “lid”? According to legend, the tradition began when bartenders would cover customers' wine glasses with a slice of bread, ham, or cheese to keep out dust and flies. This small "lid" quickly evolved into a delicious part of the tapas tradition.
