The Peppered Lumberjack.

Albertan black angus beef, Quebec cheese curds, sautéed local wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, roasted garlic aioli, and finished with our house-made brandied peppercorn sauce.

This one's a favourite for a reason.

A little crunch, a little kick, a lot of flavour. Start with the East Meets West Calamari and thank us later.
