Since 1994, Serious Coffee has been roasting coffee in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Every batch is air roasted in-house using our just-in-time roasting philosophy—roasting fresh to order for exceptional freshness and flavour.

Our air roasting process helps create a cleaner, smoother cup with less bitterness, more consistent roasting, and tasting notes that let the character of each bean shine through.
