Caffe Fantastico is a family run coffee roastery in Victoria, B.C. We operate three locations in Victoria: The Roastery at 965 Kings Road, Tre Fantastico at 810 Humboldt, and Fantastico Bar-Deli at 398 Harbour Road. All coffee roasting is done here - it is the heart of our operation! Open 7:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday and 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. Fantastico Bar-Deli in Vic Wes

t is half coffee bar and half deli. Enjoy a fresh coffee with a specially curated charcuterie board either inside or on the waterfront patio. This location is also licensed, and has a full menu. The location is open every day, with the coffee bar open 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m., and the deli 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Tre Fantastico is located in the Parkside Hotel and serves a full bistro-style menu, that pairs perfectly with the local ale and wine selection! Open Sunday-Tuesday 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Wednesday-Saturday 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Inside seating is available and an outdoor patio.

To kick off summer we bring you this lovely and playful coffee.

You probably know that Ethiopia is the birthplace of the Arabica coffee species, it’s also the cradle of human evolution. Our coffee, Ardi, is named after Ardipithecus Ramidus, believed to be the oldest hominid skeleton found dating back to 4.4 million years.

Developed by one of our long-time Ethiopian importers, Samuel Demisse of Keffa Coffee, Ardi makes a great companion to blooming cherry blossoms and brighter mornings.

We love Ardi for its consistent high quality, elegant ripe fruit and floral expressions.

Even as the coffee world changes, we continue to choose and roast our coffee with a profound respect for the bean and the families and farmers who produce it. All our coffee is carefully sourced from some of the world's best producers, and each week we offer a free public coffee tasting, at 2pm at all our locations. Our tastings are a fun and informative way to learn more about what you ❤️ in your cup.

This week we are tasting Ethiopia Ardi, this natural process coffee is fresh, juicy and fruity, and lush and creamy. Notes of peach tea, soft red fruits, and sweet florals.

Enjoy one of our most popular coffees from our longest standing relationship with Gruppo Terruno Nayarita.

GTN supports several coffee growing communities located on the slopes of Volcan San Juan, located northeast of Puerto Vallarta. Farmer members benefit from a fully traceable QC system that has earned them higher premiums for quality helping to ensure long-term sustainability.

This was the first coffee destination we visited almost three decades ago.

This formative visit continues to inform our core values. Transparency, sustainability, and fair pay make up the essential ingredients in our definition of quality.

As a result, our relationships have led to the development of exclusive lots to ensure that the quality of our coffee meets our highest standards.
