This month, we’re very proud to present a special menu created in collaboration with the Thailand Office of Agricultural Affairs to the European Union, at the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels.

At the heart of it: Nam Dok Mai, Thailand’s most prized mango variety — known for its silky texture, natural sweetness, and deeply aromatic profile. A true cornerstone of Thai culinary culture.

Across a series of dishes, we explore its full range — from bright and savory to rich, indulgent finishes.

1. Nam Dok Mai mango in all their beauty
2. Sea bass on the bbq, with a green chili & mango nam Jim and fresh mango
3. Peeling action
4. Som tam this time with a touch of dried mango
6. Khao niao mamuang aka mango and sticky rice, with coconut milk ice cream on the side.

You’ll be able to find these dishes with the yummiest mango in the world, à la carte all month. Enjoy

This Chinese New Year, we welcome Lap-fai Lee () — cult British-Chinese cook, mentor, and master of fire — for two special nights on February 23rd and 24th.

Renowned for his deeply personal cuisine that weaves Cantonese heritage with a modern British sensibility, Lap-fai’s cooking is playful, soulful and technically precise. From char siu and dim sum to American-style barbecue, his career has spanned Michelin collaborations, international kitchens, and years as a specialist BBQ teacher.

To mark the Year of the Fire Horse, Lap-fai brings his Cantonese roaster to Tenbosch with a rule-breaking menu:
char siu miang, mapo tofu puff pastry, prawn wontons in tom yum broth, and more.

The centrepiece: whole piglets slow-roasted over charcoal and cherry wood, carved straight from the fire and served with Hong Kong-style curry, buttery soy rice and prosperity salad — a feast to welcome the Fire Horse in true style.

Finished with black sesame, almond, rose and lychee.

February 23rd & 24th.
Bookings now open.

Menu is priced 65€/ guest without drinks.

For these two special nights, the menu will contain meat, and/ or seafood / dairy and in such we will not cater to vegetarians or specific dietary needs.
