Most 26-year-olds have a quarter-life crisis. Ours just keeps making incredible bread 🥖

Our sourdough starter has been going strong for 26 years. During lockdown, Chef Kai even took it home to make sure it survived!
 
The result? Freshly baked sourdough with the perfect crust, made for tearing apart, smothering in oil and balsamic, or shamelessly mopping up every last drop of OTTO’s pasta sauces.

This week’s Pasta Club celebrates Tagliatelle al Ragù alla Bolognese - the traditional pairing of fresh tagliatelle with a slow-simmered ragù from Emilia-Romagna. Chef prepares it with white wine instead of red, creating a lighter take that’s perfect for lunch.
