When we finished work, the only food we could get after 8pm was fast food.

That's the gap Antony Crowther and Brayden Montebruno built New York Minute Noosa to fill: midday to midnight, seven days, with a menu built around Wagyu and lobster burgers, Philly cheesesteaks and Texas-style smoked brisket. Nearly three years in, the restaurant holds a 4.9-star rating from 1,100+ reviews, and its Community Giveback Day has handed out close to 1,000 free burgers.

"I love people and I love food, so seeing people's reactions in a quick-service setting made a hell of a lot more sense to me," Antony says.

ROOFTOP NOOSA ANOTHER STEP CLOSER 👀🌅

The vision for Level 1 is starting to come together.

Sunset terrace.
Feature cocktail bar.
Restaurant & social pavilion.
Live music.
Functions.
And those Noosa sunset views. 🌅

We’ve now completed the next stage of concept development, bringing the internal Level 1 layout into alignment with the exterior design we’ve been working through.

There’s still plenty of design, planning and approvals ahead but piece by piece, the vision is taking shape.

Good food. Great cocktails. Live music. Sunset views.

This could be something pretty special, Noosa.
