1: Maialino al Forno:
Roasted pork tenderloin medallions served with local apples, homemade gnocchi, and warm local applesauce

2: Pasta e Fagioli: White bean soup with homemade pasta

3: Saltimbocca alla Romana: Veal scaloppinae topped with prosciutto and sage, served with homemade fettuccine cacio e pepe, and artichoke with white w**e sauce

One of the newest members of our kitchen staff, Lucia, chose our Chocolate Hazelnut Torte as today’s Birthday Week menu highlight!

The torte is a decadent combination of chocolate and hazelnut, topped with sweet-tart Amarena cherries and finished with a scoop of our homemade Amarena cherry gelato. It’s the perfect end to your meal!

PS: Lucia is one of Chef Riccardo’s daughters, and the 5th Stocco kid to work at Violino! What do you think of her choice?
