Veal allo Giuseppe: A light summer dish of gently breaded and fried veal cutlet topped with a melody of chopped local heirloom tomatoes, fresh garlic, basil, and fresh grated Locatelli pecorino romano cheese. Finished with a drizzle of Lucero Taggiasca pure extra virgin olive oil and our balsamic glaze. Garnished with fresh basil leaves from our garden. Pairs well with Pinot Grigio.

Made over melody of sauteed garlic, onions, and peppers in wine lemon sauce. Adding shrimp makes it even better...delicious
