So grateful to our friends at River City Brewing Company for making sure that we have clean drinking water during Wichita's . Chris has been delivering kegs of the (non beer flavored!) good stuff to help other small businesses through this and generally being the Santa Claus of clean water for all of us. This time last week, we were convening a very special meeting. The Monarch's bartenders have been developing seasonal cocktails that will define our fall/winter drink menu. We invited a panel of community guests to taste their creations, share feedback, and help us fine-tune the components of each drink, from spirit to suggested garnish.

ICYMI, The Monarch has one of Wichita’s most dog-friendly patios, where pooches can watch cars circle the Delano Roundabout endlessly while you enjoy a meal or drinks (hey, it's !) with friends.

Fair warning, though: our entire staff, and likely half of the customers, will very likely come out to meet your pup!
