Whiskey Dicks is celebrating all things Hatch green chile this month. This includes Hatch cheese poppers, Hatch elote, Hatch chile steak tacos on Thursdays, Hatch chile flatbread on Fridays, Hatch mac & cheese (half price on Tuesdays), Hatch chicken wings (99 cents each on Sundays), Hatch infused drinks, and a Hatch chile burger, which I went for today since burgers are half price on Wednesdays. It’s a beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, Hatch chiles, lettuce, tomato, onion, and burger sauce. I loved the punch of green chile flavor on this burger, and you would too if you enjoy green chiles. It’s also another great cheeseburger for my lead up to National Cheeseburger Day on Friday!

Whiskey Dicks is having a Hatch green chile roasting event tomorrow (9/17) from 5pm-8pm, where you can purchase freshly roasted Hatch chiles, and they will have their Hatch steak tacos fresh off the grill for $2.99 each. I might have to go check it out because I’ve heard really good things about those freshly grilled Hatch steak tacos.
