Alright St C…. We get it…. You’re into us.

Thank you for the support and we apologize for the wait times. ❤️ We are adding a 4th staff member to our lunch rush to try and increase our output. We have a 5ft grill so we will attempt to run 2 cooks at once tomorrow. This should lower wait times significantly.

Likewise, Chef Jeremy will be making extra beef, chicken and steak so that there’s plenty for tomorrow and the weekend.

Saint Clairsville is sold out! We appreciate everyone in the St C region for the warm hospitality. Despite a few hick ups and a couple of extended wait times we survived an insanely busy first day.

We have made a few adjustments and solved some points of failure and will be ready to serve you guys again tomorrow.

All in all it was a very solid first day and we look forward to many more.
